The registration fee includes:
- admission to all conference and satellite meetings
- 10 world-famous plenary speakers
- conference materials
- one-year membership to the Complex Systems Society (CSS)
- full passcode-protected access to the conference mobile app for smartphones, pads and computers
Notes
- Students - refers to under and post-graduate students and PhDs.
- Academics - refers to Faculty & researchers at tertiary & research institutions and laboratories.
- Non Academics - refers to anyone other than students & academics e.g. government officers and industry related personnel.
The registration fees include the Complex Systems Society's annual membership fees, which are returned to the Society. The remaining funds will cover the actual operational costs of the Conference, including tech support staff costs, website/program development and maintenance costs, and other personnel costs for secretarial, registration and payment related tasks.
The single day / satellite fee does not include a CSS annual membership.

Cancellation
No cancelations are accepted due to shortness of time.
Student grants
CCS2020 organizers offer a number of student grants to eligible and selected student authors who plan to present and publish their work at the conference.
- You must be a full-time student author in an undergraduate, or graduate program, who will present your accepted paper or ignite talk or poster at the conference.
- You must submit your abstract by the deadline.
- Postdoctoral students (students who have completed their PhD, ScD, or MD program) are NOT eligible.
If you are eligible to apply for the grant, and you have received your official abstract acceptance notification email, you should send us an email (ccs2020conf@gmail.com) requesting the grant, along with a reference letter from your supervising professor or department head.
